Trying to get my navigation working right

A few days ago, I installed the navigation unit on my bike, thinking it would be a quick upgrade, but turns out, the system won't recognize it until it's flashed and now I'm stuck wondering, can any KTM dealer handle the software update, or does it have to go to a certified Husqvarna service center? Would be great to avoid the extra trip if possible.

While KTM and Husqvarna are part of the same parent company, their diagnostic and flashing tools can sometimes be brand-specific for certain updates.
For your concern that's deeply integrated with the bike's ECU, I think it's best to stick with an authorized Husqvarna service center.
They'll have the correct software and factory access to ensure the unit is properly recognized and calibrated without any issues that could void warranties or cause further problems down the line.
I think this will save you from bigger headaches in the long run!

Yeah makes sense now why the system won't pick it up. I'll just go with the Husqvarna center to avoid any issues or warranty drama. Thanks for the advice
