Stuck clutch cable after bar riser install

I installed bar risers and now the clutch cable's too tight when steering left, I tried loosening the clamp screw, but the housing won't budge, there's a thin plastic strip inside blocking movement. Don't want to force it and break anything, I just need 1cm more....there's gotta be a trick, right?

Try to lift the plastic guide gently with a pick to free the housingm or you can also try rerouting the cable or adjust at the lever for a bit more slack. If that ain't enough, a longer cable might is what you need

That's super helpful, I didn't think of using a pick on the guide. I'll give that and the rerouting a shot first, I hope I won't need a new cable just yet
